A new website designed to act as an information hub during the development of the Core Humanitarian Standard launched today.

The website makes details about the development of the Standard transparent and accessible to all, and will enable anyone with an interest to actively engage in the process.

As part of the open standards-based approach to developing the CHS, all key documentation and feedback from the first phase of the process, the stakeholder consultation, is now available to download.

In addition to accessing the latest key documents, organisations and individuals can find out how to get involved in the piloting phase of the process. This includes opportunities to pilot the Standard in the field, and trial remote scenario testing. As regional pilots and learning workshops take place over the coming months, case studies and feedback will be shared both through the website and through social media, along with further guidance documents and resources.

Finally, the latest news and updates about the status of the process, forthcoming events and the final launch and planning for 2015 will be announced through this single information hub.
